Over 15 years ago Seth Steele began his career in the construction industry working in the family business. His experience encompasses a wide range of trades including demolition, drywall repair, flooring installation and painting.

 

Seth is also certified in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying/Remediation through training classes with the IICRC, the industry’s gold standard for restoration of water damaged properties. His extensive knowledge and application of proven techniques have served to mitigate further potential damage and secure a pathway to solid reconstruction for his customers.

 

The next logical step was to become proficient in property loss insurance billing. Seth dove into classes for the most widely used insurance billing program, Xactimate. This program allows Seth to provide the industry standard billing to customers and loss adjusters while ensuring the claim is processed with expediency and accuracy by the loss adjuster. Customers can rest assured that billing is consistent with what the claim will pay without any guesswork.

 

My goal as the owner of Bend Disaster Restoration, is to assist customers with their project, whether it is a remodel, repair or loss claim with expert knowledge, skilled application and within budget.
